Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted on in-stock items only.
• Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
• A valid original receipt is required for all returns.

Condition of Returned Goods

• Only full, unopened boxes will be accepted for return.
• Goods must be in saleable condition, free from damage or signs of use.

Restocking Charge

• All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Special Orders

• Special order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
